Job Description

Our client is a globally recognised leader in the automotive industry. They are one of the largest manufacturers for motorcycles in Europe. Due to team expansion they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist with great administration skills to join the front office and represent their brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role to join a extremely impressive business in a contemporary office space.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answer front doorbell phone and greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Answer main telephone and any enquiries.
  • Manage and maintain stock requirements including stationary.
  • Send out and receive mail accordingly.
  • General ad hoc administration duties including filing, scanning and database management.
  • Register vehicles on DVLA.
  • Use SAP to process various invoices and orders.
  • Maintain the tidiness of office spaces including visitor areas and the kitchen.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Professional and polite telephone manner.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Good Excel skills as well as Word & Outlook.
  • Previous experience using SAP or similar is desirable, however not essential.
  • Previous experience in a reception/customer service/administrative role.
