Our leadership team have many years of active recruitment experience and will support you to become a qualified Recruiter. We run a structured training programme commencing in your first week of employment, covering topics from candidate management to employment legislation. We also utilise the services of external, industry-leading training providers to cover other areas of specialisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

As your recruitment career with Plus One matures, you will be offered the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications. From the GCSE-standard Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing, through to the degree-standard Level 5 in Recruitment Leadership, these qualifications will bolster your career at every stage. We will be provide you with all of the expertise and support needed to pass your exams, as well as access to a dedicated study coach.
