TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS IN RECRUITMENT

Our Directors have over 20 years of active recruitment experience each and will be on hand to support you on your journey to becoming an excellent 'Plus One' Recruiter. We run a structured internal training programme commencing in your first week of employment with us, covering everything from candidate management to employment legislation. We also utilise the services of external, industry-leading training providers to cover other areas of specialisation. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

As your career with Plus One Personnel matures, you will be offered the opportunity to work towards gaining world-class qualifications in recruitment. From the GCSE-standard Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing, through to the degree-standard Level 5 in Recruitment Leadership, these qualifications will bolster your career at every stage.

With Plus One Personnel, you will be provided with all of the experience and internal support needed to pass your exams, as well as access to a dedicated REC study coach. Once you have passed your exams, you will also be invited to join the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP).
