After spending a couple of post-University years in Restaurant Management, Christina joined Plus One in 2015. A graduate in Entertainment Management, Christina initially started her career as a Recruitment Associate but was then promoted into her current role of Client Relationship Manager. She is now responsible for managing key account relationships as well as sourcing new clients.
CN: I am the Client Relationship Executive at Plus One Personnel. I am responsible for developing the relationships that we build with our clients, as well as bringing new clients on board.
CN: Apart from the amazing group of people that I work with, I spend a lot of my time meeting with our clients, which means that I get to know a lot of talented professionals and see inside a variety of different businesses. I love that I get an insight into how different products and services come to market, It’s almost like a ‘behind the scenes’.
CN: I came into the role with no experience in recruitment or in sales. Since then I have learned so much from my colleagues and from Stuart and Alex. My biggest success really is how much I have learned and developed over the past three-and-a-half years.
CN: Be open to what the industry can teach you and be prepared to work hard! It can be a really rewarding career choice if you are willing to learn and be adaptable.
CN: We are all obsessive about being the best at what we do. There isn’t one person in our team that would cut corners to make a quick fee. We celebrate each other’s successes as much as our own and are focused on hitting our goals as team.
CN: We are involved in all the business changes and are a part of most of the decisions that happen. It is a very collaborative environment.
CN: I joined Plus One Personnel after working in hospitality as a Restaurant and Bar Manager and Trainer. I loved the industry and the customer interaction but wanted a job that I could develop into a career.
CN: I can’t imagine that I will, but I’d like my clients and colleagues alike to remember me for adding value to their business or their work environment.
CN: A Penguin biscuit, because anyone that knows me will tell you that I always come with a terrible joke.
“Did you hear about the hungry clock?”

"Daisy, what a delight. From a phone call on a Friday to a job offer the week following. Daisy clearly has a good eye, she has matched my abilities and previous roles to a new role that incorporates them all with some great opportunities. Quick to respond, incredibly polite with good customer service. Ticked every box. Keep it up and all the best! " - Lewis Tyler
"Dan Marlow has helped tremendously through the process of me securing my first career as a Marketing Executive. He is friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions and queries. " - Zoe Yates
"Dan could not have been more helpful or supportive throughout my job search. When my CV was initially knocked back because the hiring firm couldn’t see the relevance of my experience as I transitioned industries. Dan advocated for me. I was then invited in and after a competitive three-stage process, I secured my dream job. It would not have been possible without Dan’s support and attention. Cannot recommend his work highly enough. Thank you! " - Anna Glynn
"Matthew was brilliant in securing me a position in such a short space of time. Quality and professional recruitment service, recommended. " - Ricky Crawford
