Good Recruiters are multi-talented individuals who are able to manage a number of client projects at any one time, work to tight deadlines and be able to perform to high standards whilst under pressure. If recruitment were a sport, it would be 'full-contact' and therefore you'll need to be resilient, dedicated to your profession and confident enough to start a conversation with anybody!

You will already enjoy working with customers, ideally in a targeted, sales environment. You'll also need to be organised, good with administration and have an eye for detail. Good candidates are hard to come by and sometimes take time to engage with, so perseverance is also important.

We are not concerned about industry experience. All of us at some point entered the industry from another career and we are confident that our training programme and support will help you to become a great Recruiter with us.

RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATES - BANBURY & LEAMINGTON SPA 

If you've never worked in the industry before and are looking to begin your career in recruitment, you'll join us as a Recruitment Associate. Associates are an important part of the team and you'll be involved in working on client briefs from your first week, supported by a mentor within the business. 

You'll have full ownership of your candidates and clients, source CV's for job vacancies and be interviewing and screening candidates. Don't worry about being 'thrown into the deep end' as you will receive full training and support, as well as all of the tools that you'll need to get your career off to a flying start.

Most of our experienced Recruitment Consultants and Managers started their careers here as Associates.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - TEMPORARIES, BUSINESS SUPPORT - BANBURY OR LEAMINGTON SPA

Our Business Support team recruit all levels of support roles for our clients, ranging from Executive & Administrative positions, to jobs in Human Resources, Facilities Management and Health & Safety. As a dedicated 'Temps' Recruiter, you'll be responsible for providing our clients with flexible, temporary staffing at short notice.

Working with our full range of clients across both Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, you'll enjoy a busy and varied role within one of our most established job sector teams. Building relationships with jobseekers and understanding their requirements whilst being able to fulfil our client's needs, you will quickly become a very important member of the team.

Ideally we are looking for people who have worked in the recruitment industry before and have experience of developing and maintaining a busy, temporaries desk, but we would welcome applications from highly organised sales people, who are able to multi-task, work at pace and most of all deliver an excellent customer experience!
