Up to £17500 per annum + Commission and Benefits

Job Description

Our client is a well-established and thriving business based Banbury. Due to increased workload and continued success they are looking to add 3 new Telemarketing Associates to their existing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and would suit an enthusiastic, confident individual who has the ability to communicate clearly. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary + commission as well as comprehensive training/development and a fantastic benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales opportunities through B2B cold calling activity
  • Arrange appointments for the sales team
  • Write clear and accurate reports following conversations with clients
  • Maintain the company database
  • Arrange demonstrations for potential clients

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach to work is essential
  • High level of self-motivation and determination
  • Excellent communication skills – particularly a strong telephone manner
  • Sound IT skills
  • Reliable and dependable with a good work ethic

Part time hours would also be considered for this positon.
