Job Description

Our client is a successful and established business who work with commercial property owners, blue chip PLCs, pension funds and financial institutions throughout the UK. They are a unique company who tailor their services to meet the individual requirements of their clients. Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Sales Executive to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge within a rewarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within Sales and will be keen to progress their career within an exciting industry.

No previous commercial property experience is necessary, full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and develop new relationships with clients, both over the phone and face to face.
  • Arrange meetings to pitch to senior level decision makers with a view to gain them as a new client.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and continue to nurture existing relationships.
  • Support with any queries from clients from initial point of contact through to completion.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous Sales experience is essential.
  • No previous property experience necessary, full training and 12 years of successful sales methods available to assist within the industry.
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet, adapt and prioritise.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative within a strong supporting team.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to explain detailed information clearly and concisely.
  • Must have good IT skills, written communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.

Additional Information

  • This role will be primarily office based, with occasional client meetings throughout the UK.
