Job Description

Our client is a successful, global manufacturing business that serve the industrial and construction markets. Due to business growth and demand of work they are looking for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their Admin team initially on permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company.

Please note that a driving license and your own transport will be essential to access the office location.

Sales Order Processing Administrator main responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders for both the UK & Export markets.
  • Processing sample orders accurately.
  • Printing product labels.
  • Liaising with various departments including sales, dispatch, technical and shipping agents for the international markets.
  • General ad hoc administrative/office duties including covering for any holiday absence throughout the office.
  • Organising logistics transport which includes worldwide shipping.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a fast-paced commercial sales order processing environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
  • IT literate particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Export terms and paperwork is desirable, however not essential.
