Installer / Fitter (with CSCS Card)

Job Description

Our client is a well-respected, innovative and exciting company based in Brackley. They are industry leading design manufacturers who specialise in their field. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to hire a highly capable and reliable Installer to become part of their team. This is an exciting opportunity, with a fantastic benefits package and opportunities for all-expenses paid overnight stays.

There will be overnight stays required but as much notice as possible will be given, as there is the possibility of travelling abroad to complete installations.

Main responsibilities:

• Installing the product and walling systems.
• Laying PVC interlocking tiles.
• Ceiling installations.
• Loading and unloading of vans.
• Completing installation reports.
• Building and installing exhibition stands
• Assisting of loading of vehicles.
• Adhere to Health & Safety practice and ISO procedures.

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• CSCS Card
• Driving License
• A good understanding of technical information and drawings.
• The ability to lift and carry heavy goods.
• Able to work to tight deadlines without compromising on your attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrics and general trades.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate politely and effectively with a variety of people.
• An enthusiastic and energetic “can-do” nature.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Focussed on providing excellent customer service.
• Accurate numerical skill and good literary skill.
• Analytical and logical problem solving.
• Be ambitious and goal orientated.
