French Speaking Life Science Advisor

Job Description

Our client is a market-leading, international life science company based near Oxford. They have played an integral part in providing high-quality products to the healthcare industry, allowing for ground-breaking discoveries. They are now looking to acquire the services of a knowledgeable Life Science Advisor with the ability to speak fluent French. Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for defined regions as required.
• Investigate and resolve product-related complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Liaise with Product Managers, researchers, and suppliers on scientific issues.
• Update and maintain existing product information, including datasheets and safety datasheets.
• Provide in-house technical assistance to colleagues.
• Acquire and maintain product specific technical information.

Key Skills & Experience

• Fluent in French – both written and spoken is essential.
• Degree in Life Sciences or prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is essential.
• PhD is desirable but not essential.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with particular focus on antibody applications.
• Sound IT skills (MS Office preferred)
