Car Sales Executive

Job Description

Our client is a reputable and market leading automotive retailer based in Banbury, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to acquire the services of a motivated and passionate Car Sales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. No prior sales experience is required to be considered for this role, however a passion for delivering excellent service and an interest in the automotive industry is essential. The business offers an excellent commission structure with a realistic and achievable OTE, a company car and the opportunity to advance your career with a forward-thinking business.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer receives an excellent experience, from initial point of contact, throughout the buying process, and finally aftercare.
• Represent the brand, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm to each customer.
• Become an ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised.
• Deliver not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase.
• Upsell accessories, extended warranties and finance packages where appropriate.
• Complete general office/administration tasks as required by the business

Key Skills & Experience

• A keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service.
• Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills (face to face, on the phone and via email).
• Full UK driving licence – you’ll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of thrilling vehicles.
