Salary - c£45,000 p.a
This candidate has over ten years of experience in key account management positions and they strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Throughout their extensive career they have always maintained a 360-degree approach, working with companies to ascertain their requirements, negotiating
contracts and organising logistics. They often liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the agreed SLA’s.
They are also responsible for gaining new business and often attend networking events, their current role involves a lot of travel to different clients

Candidate 2 - Customer Service Team Leader

This is an extremely experienced customer service professional with managerial experience within the fashion industry. They are currently working for a company that involves widespread knowledge of working with suppliers, customers and understanding the importance of product knowledge. Candidate 3 - Customer Service/Inside Sales Executive

They are a very personable and experienced Customer Service professional with experience working within various industries. They have had experience of managing a team within previous roles and pushing their team to hit targets and implement various new strategies into the workplace. Their experience has been very customer and sales focussed and they now want a role where they can utilise the customer service skills that they have acquired throughout their career. A highly experienced customer service professional with understanding of managing accounts and customer relationships. They are very approachable and come across as confident with a good telephone manner. They are capable of building rapport with customers and maintaining that relationship, accurately imputing information received and resolving any issues that arise. A personable and knowledgeable customer service candidate with an array of experience managing customer relationships and dealing with varieties of issues. Having worked in a variety of industry sectors, they are able to deal with a variation of customers. Extremely efficient with an eye for detail, they enjoy processes and is highly IT literate. A professional individual with a great telephone manner and customer service knowledge and skills. They have worked within multiple customer service roles within various different industries and are capable of utilising their technical knowledge within a technical capacity or company.
