Candidate Ref: 61753 - Health and Safety Manager, £35,000pa

  • A confident, self-motivated and dedicated HSE professional who has developed his career through from warehouse work to warehouse management and then HSE.
  • NEBOSH qualified, IOSH Membership and various other courses to include Environmental (IEMA Foundation Course) and Leadership.
  • This candidate has been working for an SME-sized manufacturing and distribution business where they are the dedicated, standalone HSE Manager.
  • Comfortable delivering the full HSE remit across both manufacturing and commercial office spaces dealing with; RIDDOR, Risk Assessments, investigations, audits, fire safety and other issues.
  • In addition, responsible for training all new starters and on site inductions and re-launched and leads the quarterly HSE meetings to include partnering with management on ensuring HSE culture is working and continuously improved across the business.
  • This candidate would add significant value and influence to a new employer, with some notable achievements including; reduced accident claims and reduced fire safety risks.
  • Located in Coventry and available at 3 months’ notice but this could be negotiable.


Candidate Ref: 57934 - HR Business Partner, £45,000pa

  • A highly communicative, people orientated HR Business Partner with significant experience across the full, generalist HR remit.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified in addition to studying the NVQ level 3 & 4 in Management to compliment people management responsibilities. In their most recent role, directly responsible for an HR Officer and a Facilities & Administration Officer.
  • Coming from a professional IT business, very used to dealing with line managers who are bright and technically very capable individuals and communicating messages in relation to how to handle people management/HR issues.
  • This candidate has led on supporting the business from a HR perspective to include; ER Case Management, policy and procedure work, large scale redundancy and restructure, TUPE, partnering closely with managers and the end to end employee lifecycle.
  • Following recent acquisitions last year, there have been some internal changes that have directly affected the role they were doing, which compromised autonomy and level of engagement with the wider business, hence looking for a new role.
  • After spending 5+ years in their previous role, this candidate is a very loyal individual who is looking to secure a long term position where they can support a business for the foreseeable.
  • Located in Warwick and is available immediately. 


Candidate Ref: 62289 - Project Coordinator, £26,000pa

  • An experienced and dependable candidate who is currently working as a Project Coordinator within the construction industry.
  • Currently the main point of contact for any enquires during ongoing projects, so liaises with all parties throughout the end to end project lifecycle.
  • This candidate is responsible for purchasing materials from suppliers, scheduling and planning all site visits and all logistics.
  • People management experience due to looking after a small office team and a team of tradesmen, in addition to overseeing and organising third party sub-contractors when required.
  • Supporting on all the project administration, putting together quotations, so must be able to accurately price for the customer and ensure the communication is transparent at all times.
  • With an ambitious mind-set, looking to secure a new role to open up future progression opportunities.
  • Located near to Chipping Norton and on a 1 month notice period.


Candidate Ref: 62639 - Personal Assistant, £30,000pa

  • A candidate with admirable experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Over the course of their career, has been the PA and EA to CEOs at different companies and industries where they have demonstrated an ability to be highly organised and adaptable.
  • This candidate is confidently working autonomously and is able to book travel and accommodation globally, in addition to organising external and internal staff events.
  • Producing agendas ahead of meetings, and a strong user of PowerPoint, so often pulls together presentations before following up with minute-taking during meetings.
  • This candidate has previous experience managing a team of administrators so is happy to act as the ‘go-to’ person within a larger team headcount and support wider office management tasks.
  • Thoroughly enjoying working as a PA at executive level, this candidate thrives in a truly fast-paced and ever changing business environment which is often demanding.
  • This candidate takes ownership for managing complex diaries and calendars for senior management.
  • Located in Bicester and immediately available.


Candidate Ref: 62556 - Paralegal, £18,000pa

  • A very bright and ambitious recent LPC graduate who has also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law.
  • Biggest achievement to date was scoring the highest grade of the year (81%) in the Analysis of Legislation and Cases module.
  • This candidate has some work experience working for a solicitors firm specialising in Immigration so has some exposure to working in a live (case) environment.
  • Whilst here, they drafted letters, prepared court bundles and completed immigration applications for cases so has started to develop an eye for detail as well as organisational and administration skills.
  • Following graduation, this candidate is now looking to join a reputable firm who are keen to hire a dedicated person, looking to further develop their skills and experience within the legal sector.

Candidate Ref: 61834 - Administration Assistant, £20,000pa

  • A warm, engaging and articulate candidate with several years’ experience in administration support work.
  • During their work experience to date, they have worked with data updates and maintenance to include spreadsheet work and analysis.
  • This candidate also interacts with all internal and external stakeholders by email and telephone, as well as dealing with all purchase orders and invoices.
  • Process driven and customer focussed, this candidate offers a blend of great people skills and the ability to focus on accurately producing/processing paperwork.
  • This candidate also has experience coordinating, monitoring and reporting on Health and Safety processes in order to meet statutory and corporate standards and help to promote a safe working environment.
  • Now seeking a new role as the current position is fixed-term and will come to an end at the end of July.
  • This candidate has a cheerful disposition and is eager to support a business in a varied administration support role which will provide daily job satisfaction.
  • Lives in Leamington Spa and is on a 4 week notice period.
