Job Description

Our client is a well-respected and growing company based near Leamington Spa. They are market leaders in delivering events & conferences to senior level participants (CEO’s, MD’s and Directors) and they are now looking to add a driven Research Administrator to their vibrant team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Sales team by researching potential delegates who would be suitable participants for the events and add them as prospects into the company database. The is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level role, with an established and thriving business. Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential event attendee’s (LinkedIn, networking, business sources) and inputting their information to the company CRM.
  • Take ownership of the delegate research process and assisting with the delegate sales process.
  • Send invitations to potential event attendee’s via email and direct mail.
  • Grow your own network by engaging with senior executives.
  • Ensure the company CRM is up to date with the correct information.
  • General administration duties as required to support the Events & Content team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous Administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Must be friendly and approachable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive and professional approach to work.
  • Sound IT skills.

Additional Information

  • The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Own transport is required as there are no public transport links.
