Job Description

** Working 2 days in the office, with 3 days working remotely **

Our Recruiters are responsible for ensuring that we provide our customers with an excellent recruitment service, by delivering on recruitment projects, resulting in successful, long-term business relationships.

In this newly-created role, the Digital Marketing Assistant will work to enhance our digital presence, by ensuring that our job vacancies and messaging are optimised across all available online media, from our website to our social media channels, in line with our company values; Customer Satisfaction, Intensity, Professionalism and Integrity.

We are therefore seeking applications from people who have gained B2B/B2C (either or both) digital marketing expertise, who are looking for an exciting new opportunity, working in a fast-moving industry sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Personal data is our business, so you will need to have a true appreciation for the value of customer data and become our in-house data champion! You will be ensuring the integrity of all data and that mailing lists are properly segmented for marketing purposes.
  • Producing regular direct email campaigns via Mailchimp, tracking opens, click throughs and ensuring that all leads are passed to the recruitment teams/BDMs.
  • Creating and updating written content for web pages, landing pages, newsletters, blogs and advice articles, ensuring that all content is optimised for search engines.
  • Producing written content, images and video content for all social media campaigns.
  • Scheduling social media campaigns via 3rd party software.
  • Managing social media channels inc; Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. Responsible for growing engagement, followers and promoting the business through these channels.
  • Managing paid social media campaigns as required.
  • Producing video content (via 3rd party videographer) for social channels and website.
  • Producing reports to demonstrate referrals via all channels, ROI and success to KPI’s.

Skills & experience required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant marketing discipline, with specialism in digital.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS and Google Analytics
  • Some experience of running successful digital campaigns, resulting in sales, conversions, leads generated etc.
  • Ability to develop and improve existing social media channels to increase customer engagement and to direct people to landing pages, websites etc.
  • Experienced in utilising Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Advertising etc for paid advertising across social channels would be preferred.
  • Very good written English and writing skills.
  • Creative, imaginative and not afraid to push boundaries!
