Job Description

Our client is one of the region’s most exciting newcomers with an already impressive national presence. They are at the forefront of a very unique industry and following a sustained period of impressive growth, they are now looking for a PR Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a PR, Social Media or Communications role and will possess excellent writing skills. Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the planning, delivery and scheduling of all Social Media and PR output.
  • Create engaging copy for Social Media campaigns and PR releases.
  • Build positive impressions and reach, delivering against generation objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the press and relevant trade bodies.
  • Grow social following and interactions.
  • Create national PR and Social Media calendars.
  • Ensure all activity drives the social media strategy forward and delivers against lead generation objectives.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous demonstrable experience as a Communications, PR or Social Media Executive
  • Experience of managing and developing content for Social Media channels (mainly Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding copywriting skills for a variety audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to collate and analyse data.
  • Positive, self-starter, ambitious, resilient, solutions-focused with a desire to work in communications.
  • A degree or qualification in a PR, Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable.
