Job Description

Our client is a well-established and family run business based in Leamington Spa that offers 40 years’ experience within their niche field. This business is a real success story and due to impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Account Manager to join their close knit, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be commercially minded and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service as well as possessing a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and develop upon existing partnerships while ensuring client’s needs are met at all times
  • Be the main point of contact for all clients within your portfolio and guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Grow client accounts by identifying new contacts and developing new relationships
  • You will respond to all new enquiries from clients within your assigned portfolio
  • Understand all client requirements by asking in-depth, comprehensive questions and make proactive recommendations to support the client based on their requirements
  • Prepare proposals tailored to the client needs
  • Represent the brand and values through client interactions and presentations consistently
  • Explain projects in full detail to the Project Management team, making sure the client’s needs are fully met at every stage of the process

Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in Languages or experience in the Translations industry would be highly advantageous
  • Must have previous experience in a Customer Success/Client Relationship/Account Management role
  • Highly organised when managing own workload with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively with a calm approach
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Must have an excellent attention to detail, particularly in written English
  • The ability to work as part of a close team, while at the same time being able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Computer Literate – confident user of MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
