4328 - Housekeeping Team Leader - £14000

Our client based in Banbury is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness
• Follow company protocol in requesting additional cleaning activities
• Provide sufficient staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and manned at all times
• Monitor cleaning techniques and standards
• Increase cleaning frequency in areas that consistently fall below expectations
• Provide and facilitate training for housekeeping staff
