Telephone Debt Negotiator

My client has ongoing opportunities for Time Telephone Debt Negotiator (TDN).

You will be required to collect consumer debt working as part of the collections team. You will be negotiating payments of overdue accounts and liaising with external clients to manage the debt purchase portfolio. This will be a heavily telephone based role making numerous outbound calls to chase debt and actioning payments. You will be expected to work to targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a confident personality and persistent outlook and resilient manner. The first month will be based in training at the company.

·    Credit control / debt experience
·    Commercial awareness
·    Experience of working with target

My client initially will be paying a starting salary of £14,000 per annum. After the probation period, then this will increase by a £1000 and after a year further increases will occur. You will also have the opportunity to gain monthly bonuses depending on the targets you have achieved.
