| Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join their expanding team.
Position to carry out all quality duties:
-To process rejects and warranty returns
-To controlparts submission warrant process
-Liaise with suppliers both on and off site
-Liaise with customers both on and off site
-Interpret and communicate internal quality procedures
-Define standards and document and apply criteria for incoming goods
-Create and maintain all quality records
-Recover supplier liability costs
-Strive to improve processes
-To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably applicable to this role
-To analyse route cause analysis on issues faced
-To assist on the implementation of bar codes
To operate the computer system to standard level.

| New and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and keen-to-learn Office Assistant to join a local events organisation.
Duties include:
General administration and support to the MD and team
Organising and planning basic functions including being ‘hands on’ as required
Answering the telephone
Updating the database and maintaining the database
Training will be provided, however either office skills or events/hospitality background ideal. You will also be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel as well as have a full, current driving licence. Weekend work is included therefore must be flexible with working hours (days in lieu available for weekends worked).
Salary: £13,000 - £15,000.
