In 2005, recruitment experts Stuart Moore and Claire Kingsbury formed Plus One Personnel with the aim to provide a unique, boutique recruitment experience to employers in Banbury and surrounding areas. Since then we have grown and successfully developed the business, tailoring our services to our client’s requirements and building on our reputation to become one of the leading independent Recruitment Agencies in the area.

In 2008, we were awarded the prestigious ‘Small Business of the Year’ Award at the Banbury Business Awards event, in recognition of not only our commercial achievements but also the positive impact that our company has had upon employment in the local community. Stuart Moore
Stuart has worked in the recruitment industry since 2000 following a successful career in retail management. Having worked in senior management for a couple of respected recruitment firms, Stuart founded Plus One Personnel with Claire Kingsbury in 2005, with a commitment to building a strong, professional recruitment company to cater for the needs of every employer. A naturally creative person, Stuart is always looking to develop new ideas and drive the business forward and is passionate about ensuring that everyone who contacts Plus One Personnel has a positive and constructive experience.
Claire Kingsbury
Claire has worked in the recruitment industry since 2003 after a successful early career as a business finance specialist in the factoring industry. Her keen commercial acumen and ability to work with people at all business levels has earned her an excellent reputation in her field and has been the inspiration behind many of Plus One Personnel’s more innovative ideas. Aside from her ‘day job’, Claire is also the current Chairman of the Banbury Chamber of Commerce and is passionate about helping the growth of the local economy through businesses working together in partnership.
